The Tenants Union of WA serves to protect and inform renters of their rights. Their website serves as a comprehensive legal resource library, so to cope with the hierarchy and sheer volume of content, I decided to use a stylized site map as the primary content for the homepage and omnipresent on every page at the end of content blocks. As you drill down deeper, the left sidebar shows additional items based on the context of where you happen to be at that moment.
